Shipping

The estimated order preparation time is between 1 and 2 business days. During periods of high demand, such as promotions, special sales or holidays, as well as due to delays in payment authorisations or consolidation of orders with products located in different warehouses, it is possible that preparation times may be extended.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are 1 to 5 working days from the time the customer receives the shipment confirmation email. Delivery times are approximate and do not take into account possible delays caused by force majeure such as customs clearance, strikes, disasters, adverse weather conditions and causes beyond Cortana's control.

Price

All shipments outside the European Union are shipped using Incoterm DDP "Delivery Duty Paid" and include customs charges, except for orders shipped to Algeria, Armenia, Fiji, Georgia, Tunisia, Uzbekistan and Zambia. 

The final price of the order is calculated according to the delivery address provided. To see the price including tax and shipping costs, please select your shipping country at checkout.

Unclaimed Packages

If the package is returned to Cortana headquarters because it was not collected by the customer and the customer decides not to purchase the product, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. In the event that the Customer requests a new shipment for the order, the Customer shall again bear the shipping costs.

Right to refuse orders and brand protection

Transcortana, S.L. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline to process orders in the following cases:

  • When there are indications of fraudulent or abusive use of the website.

  • When the order is placed by a person or entity acting as an unauthorized reseller, or with the intent to copy or reproduce the brand’s products, designs, or materials.

  • When the customer is a competing company, or is directly or indirectly linked to a brand, distributor, or manufacturer operating in the same sector.

  • When there are obvious errors in the order information, pricing, or stock availability.

  • When the customer has previously breached the sales conditions or has outstanding unpaid amounts.

In such cases, Transcortana, S.L. may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, without this giving rise to any right of compensation on the part of the customer.
The company may also block access to the website or cancel the user account of any customer who repeatedly engages in the situations described above.
