SHIPPING AND RETURNS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW TO BUY:
1. Select your size and color.
Make sure that the size you have chosen is the correct one through our size guide. All Cortana garments are shown in central European sizes, through the size guide you will be able to see their equivalence in other systems.
A selection of ready to wear collections can be purchased at www.cortana.es.
2. Checkout
Select checkout to enter the payment area.
Complete the form with your address, billing information and select the payment method.
Fill in all personal data to avoid any delivery errors.
Shipping costs will be calculated directly when you enter the country. In case it does not appear, please send an e-mail to shoponline@cortana.es
To finalize your purchase, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or with the secure payment gateway PayPal.
Then click on "Checkout".
3. Confirmation of purchase
If the data is validated, the order will be successfully completed and you will see the confirmation of the purchase along with the order number.
You will also receive a confirmation e-email for your purchase.
SHIPPING
1.Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and are reflected on the checkout page. The shipping costs will be reflected on the purchase invoice.
We remind you that customs duties or taxes of the country will be borne by the customer.
In case of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
2. Delivery times
Deliveries are normally made within 48 hours after placing the order. The delivery date depends on the courier but usually no more than 5 days.
The garments in "pre-order" are shipped approximately on the date that appears on the web when you buy it. In some cases the date may vary slightly, in that case we will contact you to communicate any changes.
Delivery times are approximate and a delay in the same does not contemplate in any case a possible claim for damages.
3.Shipment tracking
When the order leaves the CORTANA warehouse, you will receive an informative email with a tracking number from the carrier.
4. Countries to which we do not ship
Cortana does not ship to the following areas of the European Union countries: Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands (Spain), Heligoland Island and the city of Büsingen (Germany), the Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark), Aland Islands (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), San Marino, Channel Islands and Gibraltar (United Kingdom).
RETURNS
If for any reason upon receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return it. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all product labels and all accessories included.
Currently it is only possible to make a return and no size or color changes can be made.
To do so, you just need to follow the instructions on the return form that you will find in your package.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Returns of products that are incomplete, damaged, spoiled, modified or in any condition that Cortana can reasonably believe that they have been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
In the event of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
1. How to return
-Please place the garments to be returned in the original shipping box.
-Fill out the return form and insert it in the box.
Contact the courier of your choice to arrange a pick-up time.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be paid in the same manner as the original purchase payment was made. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue the refund as soon as possible. Please note that once we have given the order for the refund, it may take 7-10 business days for the provider of your payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) to issue the refund. We recommend that you keep your shipping note until you have received your refund. Remember that the shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.
