WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES CORTANA COLLECT?
CORTANA may collect the following personal information from users of the CORTANA website and/or CORTANA mobile application ("WEB/APP") through the appropriate forms: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, gender and credit card (PAN+CVV2) in compliance with PCI DSS standards or account number (provided by the customer in case of return) when the user visits the WEB/APP, registers, places an order online, contacts CORTANA or participates in CORTANA promotions or surveys.
In addition, CORTANA collects all information related to your navigation on the WEBSITE/APP and your interaction with the brand.
All personal data collected by CORTANA comes from the data subject, with the exception of contact information that may be provided to us by friends or family members:
- For sending a gift voucher or other gift.
- To share favorites saved on the WEB/APP.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data of the interested party will be processed for the following purposes as applicable:
- To manage and develop the registration on the WEB/APP. The registration will involve profiling of the user's navigation on the WEB/APP. This profiling consists of the use of the customer's personal data and browsing information such as the products viewed or added to the basket, the sections of the WEB/APP visited, the location to assess their preferences and/or personal interests in order to offer them the contents of the WEB/APP, offers, services and products suitable to their profile.
- To manage and develop the purchase online. We use the customer's personal information to process and deliver your order, inform you by email and/or SMS of the status of your order.
- Manage and send information about exclusive promotions, latest news and personalized information tailored to the profile, interests and needs of the person concerned as a customer via email, SMS or mail. - Manage the WIFI service in CORTANA stores.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP THE DATA?
CORTANA We will keep personal data only for such period of time as is reasonably necessary taking into account the needs of responding to issues that arise or resolving problems, making improvements, activating your services and complying with the requirements of applicable law. This means that it may retain personal data for a reasonable period of time even after the data subject has stopped using the services of CORTANA or has stopped using the WEB/APP. After this period, the personal data will be blocked from all CORTANA systems.

WHAT LEGITIMATES US TO PROCESS THE DATA?
CORTANA has the following legitimate grounds to be able to process personal data:
Execution of the contract.
The basis legal of the processing of the personal data of the data subject that is collected is the execution of the purchase contract. In this sense, the data subject is obliged to provide the data that are necessary for its execution. If this data is not provided, it will not be possible to carry out the purchase-sale.
Legal obligations
The management and issuance of the sales invoice is based on the obligation legal of CORTANA in its relationship with customers.
Consent
In relation to the following purposes the basis legal of the processing of the personal data of the data subject will be the consent of the data subject, if given:
- Management of the registration on the WEB/APP.
- Management of sending information about exclusive promotions, latest news and personalized information tailored to the profile of the person concerned.
- Management of the garment availability alert service on the WEB/APP.
- Management and issuance of the following sales documents: digital ticket and Tax Free.
- Management of the WIFI service in CORTANA stores.
The withdrawal of consent to these treatments by the data subject shall not condition the execution of the purchase contract concluded between the data subject and CORTANA.
Legitimate interest
In relation to the following purposes the basis legal for the processing of the data subject's personal data will be the legitimate interest of CORTANA:
- Profiling through navigation on the WEB/APP by a registered user of the same, as well as all those users who have provided us with their data for any other purpose.
- The elaboration of profiles for sending information about exclusive promotions, latest news and personalized information adapted to the profile of the interested party.
- Sending satisfaction surveys about the products purchased or services used by customers of CORTANA to request their opinion and to improve them.
Our legitimate interest is to ensure that our WEB/APP remains secure, as well as to help CORTANA understand the needs, expectations and level of satisfaction of users and, therefore, improve services, products and brands. All these actions are carried out in order to improve the level of customer satisfaction and ensure a one-size browsing and shopping experience.

TO WHICH RECIPIENTS CAN WE COMMUNICATE THE DATA?
The personal data of the interested party may be transferred/communicated to the following recipients:
- Companies of the Group CORTANA.
- Public Administrations and Public Bodies when so required by tax, labor, Social Security or any other applicable regulations.
- Companies in charge of data processing, such as franchisees and suppliers that provide services to CORTANA (courier companies, companies that send communications, agencies, profiling companies, etc.).
International data transfers may also occur in the context of the above transfers/communications for which CORTANA will use the Standard Contractual Clauses adapted by the European Commission and the EU-US Privacy Shield as a guarantee for those transfers made to countries that do not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission. In any case, third parties with whom certain personal data is shared will have previously accredited the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the proper protection of the same.
CORTANA under no circumstances sells customer data to third parties.

HOW DOES CORTANA PROTECT PERSONAL DATA?
The WEB/APP uses information security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data and ensure the confidentiality of the same. To achieve these purposes, the user accepts that CORTANA obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.
Additionally, any transaction made through the WEB/APP is carried out through secure payment systems. Confidential payment data are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding entity.
CORTANA declares that it has adopted all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorized third parties.

Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not CORTANA is processing personal data concerning you, as well as the right to access the personal data that CORTANA holds about you.

Right of rectification: You have the right to request that CORTANA rectify personal data when it is inaccurate or complete when it is incomplete. If you are registered on our WEB/APP, it may be easier for you to correct them directly by modifying your profile.

Right to erasure/right to be forgotten: You can ask us to delete personal data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right of limitation: You have the right to request the limitation of data processing, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

Right to file a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

USO DE NUESTRA PÁGINA WEB

RESPONSABILIDAD DERIVADA DEL USO DE LA WEB
Cortana no se hace responsable, en ningún caso, de los daños y perjuicios de cualquier naturaleza que pudieran ocasionar, a título enunciativo: errores u omisiones en los contenidos, falta de disponibilidad del portal o la transmisión de virus o programas maliciosos o lesivos en los contenidos, a pesar de haber adoptado todas las medidas tecnológicas necesarias para evitarlo.
